Terms of Service

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Please Read Carefully

These Terms contain a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver (Section 20) that affect how disputes are resolved, a limitation of liability (Section 17), and an assumption of risk for physical participation in league play (Section 7). Unless you opt out as described in Section 20, you and 247Kickball agree to resolve disputes through individual arbitration rather than in court or by jury trial.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and 247Kickball, operated by Brewdog Labs (“247Kickball,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the 247kickball.com website, player accounts, league registration, schedules, standings, brackets, team pages, and all related features and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, registering for a league or event, completing a payment, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The following documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • our Privacy Policy
  • our Refund Policy
  • our Cookie Policy
  • the Waiver and Release of Liability you sign during registration (the “Waiver”)
  • the official 247Kickball rule book and any league, division, or venue rules in effect (the “League Rules”)

If these Terms conflict with the Waiver, the Waiver controls as to physical participation, injury, and liability arising from league activities. If these Terms conflict with the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls as to refunds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for or participate in any 247Kickball league, game, or event. You must be at least 18 years of age, and legally able to enter into a binding contract, to create an account or otherwise use the Services.

By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements, that all information you provide is truthful and accurate, and that you are not barred from using the Services under applicable law or by a prior suspension or termination by us. We may request proof of age or identity at any time, including at the field, and may refuse participation to anyone who cannot provide it.

3. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Each account is for a single individual. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, impersonate any person, or share, sell, or transfer your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Notify us immediately at jason@247kickball.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 12).

4. Registration, Fees & Payments

Registration. A registration is not complete, and no roster spot is guaranteed, until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by us. Submitting a registration is an offer to participate, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Team, division, and roster placements are subject to availability and may be changed by the league.

Captains. If you register a team as a captain, you represent that you are authorized to act for that team, and you are responsible for communicating league information to your players and for your team's compliance with these Terms and the League Rules. Each player on a team must separately create an account, register, and sign the Waiver before participating.

Fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are set by us at the time of registration. The amount charged is the amount shown and confirmed at checkout. Promotional or discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may be limited in number or duration, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Any discount preview displayed before checkout is an estimate; the final price is determined at payment.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number. You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your selected payment method for all fees you incur, and you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Errors. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and availability. If a fee, merchandise item, or other offering is listed or charged in error, we may correct the error, cancel the affected registration or order, and refund any amount paid, even after the order has been confirmed.

Chargebacks. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that is valid under these Terms and the Refund Policy may result in suspension of your account and removal from league play until the matter is resolved.

Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases, except taxes on our income.

Merchandise. Merchandise ordered during registration (such as shirts or jerseys) is subject to size and stock availability. Colors, designs, and delivery timing may vary. All merchandise sales are final as described in the Refund Policy.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy. Except as stated in the Refund Policy or required by law, all fees are non-refundable.

Games, weeks, or events may be shortened, rescheduled, relocated, or cancelled due to weather, field conditions, venue availability, public health orders, safety concerns, referee availability, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, but such changes do not entitle you to a refund or credit unless the Refund Policy provides otherwise or we decide to offer one at our discretion. If we cancel an entire season before play begins, we will refund registration fees paid for that season.

No refund, partial refund, or credit is owed if you are suspended or removed for violating these Terms, the Waiver, or the League Rules.

6. League Participation & Conduct

You agree to follow the League Rules, the instructions of referees and league officials, and the rules of every venue we use. Referee and league official decisions on the field are final. Disputes about games, scores, standings, eligibility, or discipline are decided by 247Kickball, and our decision is final.

While participating in league activities or using the Services, you agree not to:

  • engage in violence, fighting, threats, intimidation, or unsportsmanlike conduct
  • harass, bully, or discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • participate while impaired to a degree that endangers yourself or others
  • damage, deface, or misuse any venue, field, facility, or equipment
  • play under another person's name or allow an unregistered person to play on your team
  • violate any law, venue policy, or alcohol regulation, including any applicable open-container laws

We may warn, suspend, eject, or permanently ban any participant or team, forfeit any game, and adjust standings, at our sole discretion and without refund, for any violation of these Terms, the Waiver, or the League Rules, or for conduct we reasonably believe is unsafe or harmful to the league, its participants, its partners, or its reputation.

You are responsible for your own personal property. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items at any league activity.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Kickball and related activities involve inherent risks of physical injury, including serious bodily injury, permanent disability, and death. You voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, arising from your participation in or attendance at any 247Kickball activity, including travel to and from activity sites.

Participation requires that you sign the Waiver during registration. The Waiver is a separate, independent agreement that remains in full force regardless of any change to or termination of these Terms or your account. Nothing in these Terms limits or narrows the Waiver.

You represent that you are in adequate physical condition to participate, that you have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe, and that you will stop participating and seek medical attention if you feel unwell or injured. Medical personnel are not provided at league activities. You are responsible for maintaining your own health insurance and for any medical costs you incur.

8. Schedules, Standings & League Information

Schedules, game times, locations, scores, standings, brackets, and other league information are provided for convenience and may change at any time. You are responsible for confirming game times and locations. We are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information shown in the Services, including missed games, forfeits, travel costs, or calendar entries that become outdated after you add them to a personal calendar.

Recorded scores and standings are official only as determined by 247Kickball and may be corrected at any time.

9. Your Content

“Your Content” means any information you submit through the Services, such as your profile information, team names, team colors, availability responses, and messages to us. You keep ownership of Your Content.

You grant 247Kickball a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and use Your Content as needed to operate, provide, and promote the Services and the league. For example, we display team names on public schedules, standings, and brackets. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Services, except for content that has been incorporated into league records or published league history (such as past standings and champions), and for backup copies retained for a limited time in the ordinary course.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any law or anyone's rights. We may refuse, edit, or remove any content, including team names, that we consider offensive, obscene, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion and without notice.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:

  • access or attempt to access any account, system, or data you are not authorized to access
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, or breach or bypass any security or authentication measure
  • use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access, collect data from, or interact with the Services
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by overloading, flooding, or sending malicious code
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law
  • manipulate registrations, payments, promo codes, scores, standings, or availability
  • collect or harvest personal information about other users
  • use the Services to send spam, advertisements, or unsolicited communications
  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial purpose not authorized by us

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it privately to jason@247kickball.com and do not exploit or disclose it.

11. Photography & Media

League activities may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. Your use of likeness, voice, and image is addressed in the Waiver and in the “Photography & Media Rights” section of our Privacy Policy, which apply in full. If you have concerns about appearing in league media, contact us before your first game.

12. Privacy & Your Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. In short:

  • We collect only the information we need to run the league and the Services.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We share limited information with team captains, league officials, and service providers only as needed to run the league.
  • You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time.

To delete your account and data, email jason@247kickball.com from the address associated with your account. When we delete your account, we remove your personal information from active systems. We may keep a limited set of records where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements, such as signed waivers and payment and tax records, for the periods described in the Privacy Policy. Historical league results (such as past scores, standings, and team names) may remain, without your personal contact information. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in the Refund Policy, and does not end the Waiver or any obligation that survives under Section 23.

13. Communications

By creating an account or registering, you consent to receive electronic communications from us about your account, registrations, payments, schedules, rain delays, and other league operations. These operational messages are part of the Services and you cannot opt out of them while you have an active account or registration. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.

You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically, including by email or by posting to the Services, satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You agree that typing your name, checking a box, or clicking to accept is your electronic signature and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

We will send text messages to your phone number only if you have separately agreed to receive them. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including the 247Kickball name and logos, website design, text, graphics, rule book, software, and the selection and arrangement of league data, are owned by or licensed to 247Kickball and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for Your Content, all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial participation in the league. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services, or use our names or logos, without our prior written permission. Sharing links to public pages, such as schedules and standings, is permitted.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

15. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third parties, including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and authentication (Amazon Web Services), and calendar applications, and may link to third party websites such as social media platforms and venue sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

16. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 247Kickball disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; that information in the Services, including schedules, scores, and standings, is accurate, complete, or current; or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty about the condition or safety of any venue, field, or equipment, or about the conduct of any participant, spectator, or third party.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will 247Kickball, Brewdog Labs, or their owners, officers, employees, agents, referees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, or licensors (the “247Kickball Parties”) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the 247Kickball Parties for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to 247Kickball in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, and they are an essential part of the bargain between you and us. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct where the law prohibits such a limitation. Claims for personal injury arising from league activities are also governed by the Waiver.

18. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the 247Kickball Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services; (b) your participation in league activities; (c) Your Content; (d) your violation of these Terms, the Waiver, the League Rules, or any law; or (e) your violation of any right of another person, including another participant. We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

19. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, registration, or access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Waiver, or the League Rules, if required by law, or to protect the safety or integrity of the league, its participants, or the Services. Refunds in that case are governed by Section 5.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, or any league, season, or division, at any time. If we discontinue a season you have paid for before play begins, Section 5 applies.

You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time as described in Section 12.

20. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought to jason@247kickball.com. We will send notices to the email address on your account. If the dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days after the notice is received, either party may begin arbitration.

Binding arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your relationship with 247Kickball, including questions about the scope, validity, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. Unless the parties agree otherwise, arbitration will take place in Pennsylvania or by video conference, and payment of AAA fees will be governed by the AAA rules. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could award, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. This agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies and remains there, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to or misuse of the Services.

Class action and jury trial waiver: You and 247Kickball each agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. You and 247Kickball each waive the right to a trial by jury.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing jason@247kickball.com within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms, with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name and account email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Severability. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim will be severed and heard in court under Section 21, and the rest of this Section 20 will still apply to all other claims. If any other part of this Section 20 is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.

Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.

21. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except that Section 20 is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. For any claim not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Services, or ask you to accept the updated Terms, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where a change is required by law or addresses a safety or security concern. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before they took effect. Your continued use of the Services, or registration for a new season, after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services and you may close your account.

23. General Provisions

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and 247Kickball about the Services, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is effective only if it is in writing and signed by us.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, your account, or a registration without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, field closures, public health emergencies, government action, labor disputes, utility or internet failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
  • Survival. Sections 4 (as to amounts owed), 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, and 23, and the Waiver, survive any termination of these Terms or your account.
  • Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and 247Kickball.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not give any right to any third party, except that the 247Kickball Parties are intended beneficiaries of Sections 16, 17, and 18.
  • Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. The words “including” and “such as” mean “including without limitation.” These Terms will not be construed against either party as the drafter.
