Important: Photography & Video Recording
By participating in our leagues, events, and related activities, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and videos may be taken of you. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, social media, and other business purposes without further compensation or notice. If you have specific concerns about appearing in league media, contact us at jason@247kickball.com before your first game.

Account & Registration
Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, mailing address, and team or division preferences.
Payment Information
Credit/debit card details submitted at checkout. Card data is processed and stored by our payment processor and is not retained on our servers.
Merchandise & Preferences
Shirt sizes, jersey preferences, and other optional league add-ons you select during registration.
Communications
Any messages, feedback, or support requests you send to us.

Team Captains & League Officials

Business Transfers

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Registration records, payment history, and waiver acknowledgments are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Media content (photographs and videos) may be retained indefinitely for historical and promotional purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time (see “Your Rights” below); certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Photography & Media Rights
By registering for any 247Kickball league or event, you grant 247Kickball a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your likeness captured in photographs and video recordings taken at league activities for:
- Website content and league history archives
- Social media posts and stories (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Print and digital marketing and advertising materials
- Press releases and media kits
This license does not extend to uses that would be defamatory, obscene, or that imply your endorsement of a product or service without your additional written consent. If you wish to withdraw consent for future use of your likeness, contact jason@247kickball.com. Previously published materials that include your likeness are not required to be removed.
